Looking for some information as to who can attend the NDR nationals.
Listed on the web page is as follows.
Four Ways to Get to NDR Nationals!
Become a member of the NDR, race in four NDR sanctioned races and come to the NDR National Championships!
Finish as a top Point Earner in your region and become a prequalified finalist for the NDR National Championships!
Finish in the top 3 in your Regional Championship Race and become a prequalified finalist for the NDR National Championshbips!
Finish in the "Top 8" in National Points and become a prequalified finalist for the NDR National Championships!
My question is to clarify for myself and maybe others.
1. First timers - Can they still attend with out the above requirements.
2. 1st and 2nd place finishers of an AA Local - are they still invited without the above. If so has any information been sent to the Derby directors informing them of the invite so to speak.
Obviously they would be required to become NDR family members with each of these.
This hit home with me last week as I was talking to some people at our rally. Seemed that there may be some lack of communication of sorts. Don't want to give out bad information.
Just a thought - Is there a need to start cranking up promotion of the NDR Nationals and getting people interested or are the numbers of racers planning to attend in good shape already?
Have a great day.

Roger, the answer to your questions: 1. Yes we will waive the 4 races for a first timer to attend Nationals. Question # 2 : First and second place local winners are also invited to addend Nationals. The first timers and the first and second place local winners are required to pay the family membership and the entry fee for Nationals. these racers will race in the qualifying races. if anyone has any questions they can e-mail me at Henryracin@aol.com or call 913-962-6360. thanks Terry Henry
