Please note that the City of Cleveland will be having a "Race for the cure" which will close down W 9th Street. If you are coming North on I-71 or I-77 You won't be
able to use W 9th Street thru downtown. You will have to follow the signs for I-90 East and then get off at the route 2 west exit which does a 180 and take that to the track. This is the way I normally go anyway so it's not really out of the way.
